Being part of a CISO Games team is not a passive experience. You will compete in real physical and mental challenges against other teams of security leaders on a tournament day that is filmed, distributed, and remembered.
You will wear a jersey with your name on it. You will represent a team, a sponsor, and a community that showed up to watch you win.
You do not need to be the fastest person in the room. You need to show up ready to give everything you have for the people on your team. That is the only qualification that has ever mattered here.

Every athlete receives a custom competition jersey with their surname across the back and their number on the front. You keep it. It is not returned. It is not a conference t-shirt. It is the uniform you competed in, and it belongs to you.

Every athlete who competes receives a participation medal. Winners take home Gold, Silver, or Bronze - custom engraved, competition weight, with the season and year permanently marked. Not a trophy for showing up. A medal for doing the thing.
