3. Media Releases and Event Content


3.1 Athletes and participants who compete in CISO Games events are required to sign a media release form prior to competing. This release grants CISO Games Inc. the right to photograph, film, record, and distribute content featuring your likeness, name, and participation across all CISO Games platforms and channels.


3.2 Sponsor representatives who participate as Vendor Athletes are subject to the same media release requirements as all competing athletes.


3.3 Spectators, guests, and attendees at CISO Games events consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the general event audience by attending the event. If you have concerns about your likeness being used in event content, please contact us in advance at info@cisogames.com.


3.4 Content produced at CISO Games events — including match footage, medal ceremony clips, athlete features, and highlight films — is the exclusive property of CISO Games Inc. and may be distributed across all owned and partner channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and The Torch newsletter.


4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
